This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Sideeq Workspace, a business engaged in digital, branding, marketing, technology, and consultancy services (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, communicating with us, or availing our Services, the Client/User (“you”, “your”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the collection, processing, and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
Legal Framework & Compliances
This Policy is drafted in compliance with:
• Article 14 & Article 21 of the Constitution of India (right to equality & privacy)
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted to waive any non-derogable statutory or constitutional right, except to the extent legally permissible through contractual consent.
Nature & Scope of Data
2.1 Personal and Business Information
The Agency may collect and process:
• Name, business name, contact details
• Professional or business identifiers shared for service execution
• Communication records (email, WhatsApp, calls)
• Billing and transactional information
• Credentials voluntarily shared for third-party platforms
2.2 Client-Controlled Data
Any data relating to the Client’s customers, users, or third parties provided to the Agency remains Client-owned data, and the Agency acts only as a data processor/service provider for such information.
Purpose Limitation
Data is collected strictly for:
• Performance of Services as defined in the T&C
• Contractual communication and coordination
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Invoicing, accounting, and dispute resolution
• Internal operational and quality control purposes
The Agency does not engage in unauthorised commercial exploitation of personal data.
Consent & Lawful Basis
Processing is carried out on one or more of the following lawful grounds:
• Explicit or implied consent
• Performance of a legally enforceable contract
• Compliance with statutory obligations
• Legitimate business interest, provided such interest does not override fundamental rights
Consent may be withdrawn where legally permissible, subject to contractual consequences under the T&C.
Data Sharing & Disclosure

• To Agency employees, consultants, or contractors on a strict need-to-know basis
• To third-party tools or platforms essential for service execution
• To statutory authorities when legally required
• For enforcement of contractual or legal rights
No disclosure shall be made in a manner that is arbitrary, excessive, or unrelated to the purpose of processing.
Employees & Internal Access Control
All Agency personnel:
• Are bound by confidentiality and data-use obligations
• Access data solely for legitimate service execution
• Are prohibited from personal, unauthorised, or external use of Client data
Any internal breach shall be addressed through disciplinary and legal measures, subject to applicable law.
Data Security
The Agency adopts reasonable security practices as required under Indian law, including:
• Controlled access
• Secure communication systems
• Operational safeguards
However, the Agency shall not be liable for breaches caused by:
• Client negligence
• Third-party platforms
• Events beyond reasonable control
This limitation operates subject to statutory exceptions and does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.
Data Retention & Deletion
Data shall be retained:
• For the duration necessary to fulfil contractual obligations
• As required under applicable laws
• For legitimate business or dispute-resolution purposes
Upon termination of Services, data may be deleted, anonymised, or archived, unless retention is legally mandated.
Client Representation & Obligations
The Client represents that:
• All data shared with the Agency is lawfully obtained
• Necessary consents have been secured from relevant data principals
• The Agency shall not be liable for unlawful or unauthorised data provided by the Client
The Client indemnifies the Agency as per the indemnity clause of the T&C.
Third-Party Services
The Agency is not responsible for:
• Privacy practices of third-party platforms
• Data handling policies of external service providers
Use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Data Principal Rights
Subject to statutory limitations, Clients may request:
• Access or correction of personal data
• Withdrawal of consent where applicable
• Grievance redressal
Requests shall be processed in accordance with applicable law and contractual terms.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Agency’s liability shall be limited as provided in the T&C
• Employees shall not incur personal liability for acts done in good faith during service execution
• No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages shall be claimable unless mandated by law
Amendments
The Agency may amend this Policy in line with changes in law or business practices.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction shall be as specified in the T&C.
